Rebecca Livingston

Dr Rebecca Livingston is a Research Fellow at Northumbria University based in the School of Communities and Education. Rebecca’s research spans the intersection of health and organisational psychology, with a special interest in developing innovative approaches to system change and organisational behaviour. Drawing upon her experience in higher education teaching and delivering research projects with healthcare and community sectors, Rebecca provides qualitative research methods skills and expertise to the Workforce Voices Partnership. Rebecca enjoys working with organisations to facilitate collaboration and learning within multidisciplinary teams and developing behaviour change interventions using multi-qualitative methods and participatory approaches.
