Over the past year, we’ve held scoping conversations with staff and other stakeholders across the UK who have helped guide our understanding of the research, and improvements, needed to tackle key challenges affecting sustainability of the NHS workforce in primary care and maternity services, especially on staff and communities in under-served areas.
We would now like to invite colleagues, patients and public to attend a Workforce Voices Learning Event to hear from the team and how these insights are shaping our plans for projects. We are keen to hear your thoughts about these, as a range of perspectives will be vital to ensure that our work continues to reflect real-world needs and challenges.
