Get involved

We believe the best solutions come from working together, so co-design is at the heart of everything we do. Whether you’re a health worker or member of the public, there are ways to get involved, share your ideas, and help shape a stronger local workforce. Everyone has something to contribute, and we’d love to hear from you.

I am a…

Member of the public

Patients, carers and communities are at the heart of Workforce Voices.

Health and social care workforce

Workforce Voices is here to support people working in health and care – especially in places where recruitment and retention are most challenging.

Researchers and academic collaborators

Workforce Voices will be producing high quality rigorous research. Working with other researchers, to develop new, affiliated projects, will help support the sustainability and impact of our own work.

Policymakers and decision makers

Working with policymakers and understanding policy shifts ensures our research targets the right questions and informs future developments quickly.

Current opportunities

As our work progresses, there will be a number of opportunities to join the work of Workforce Voices. We will update this page with upcoming opportunities to join us as part of our community inclusion and engagement work (helping shape our work, and our outputs), or as research participants.

Opportunities may include completing surveys, taking part in interviews, focus groups or workshops, or attending events. For some activities we can compensate you for your time.

We are also keen to hear from people involved in workforce developments or research. Use our contact page to let us know if you are involved in any innovations, evaluations or research which relates to our vision.
