Workforce Voices is an NIHR Health Services and Delivery Research (HSDR) workforce research partnership. Our partnership works between universities and healthcare organisations to find ways to improve the working experience of different staff groups in the NHS – anyone working in any role in general practice or maternity services.
We are here to listen to and learn from their experiences, and build new ways to improve careers, health and care services, and lives, together.
Our work is based on principles of collaboration, working with staff and patients to identify and develop improvements together. Across this website you will find details of our work, including opportunities to get involved in different ways, and updates on our work so far.
We want to work with staff and patients who we hope will see real benefit from our work, with the policymakers who we hope will help us achieve that benefit, and other academic and researcher colleagues who we can learn from and work with.
